Our Movers leave class educated on techniques to manage stress, chronic illnesses, and symptoms of cancer treatment. Our classes fight fatigue, improve strength, and cardiovascular health, while establishing a sense of community and boosting the mood of our participants. Following class, Movers report increased energy and improved sense of self-confidence.
