We have a good hunch you believe in movement as a path towards greater health, so here's a fun way to act on that belief with good company, while raising money and awareness to support FREE Moving For Life Dance Exercise classes!

We loved our Annual Hike-a-thon! In the spirit of connecting creatively & moving the bodies we live in, we present the first-ever Moving For Life MOVE-A-THON!

Do you want to commit to your own health and wellness

or support others in their journey towards self-care or recovery?

Moving For Life will host extra classes and workshops as well as yoga, Zumba, Body-Mind Dancing & other classes, interactive workshops, walks, and virtual programs. #MOVEWITHUS

We need your support to keep our community moving!

Movement brings us together and we find joy, ease, challenge, strength, self, community, balance and support. We want you to move more during this time, it does not matter how: walk in your neighborhood, dance in your kitchen, stretch in your pjs, or do whatever moves you. We will compile a playlist on spotify of favorite tunes that get us MOVING.

MOVE-A-THON through September 14th

Let's refocus on our mental & physical well-being. Try to challenge yourself to:

- Join a Moving For Life class every day

- Add a Song to our community play list

- Dance in Your Kitchen

- Try a New Class &

- Celebrate with Mocktails on Sept 14th (Boogie & learn a few mocktail recipes then toast).

Moving For Life Move-a-thon is a fun-filled 11 days to celebrate the joy of movement & support our community! Recommit to your health and wellbeing. Have fun. Meet new people, try new ways to move.

We never want cost to deter anyone from attending a Moving For Life class. Can you help us raise $6,000 to support FREE online classes? You can sponsor our fundraisers or become one!

Can you donate or create your own fundraiser to help us achieve this goal?

Participate in any way you choose:

  1. Register for any Moving For Life Class or Event:
    • As always, our classes are free. We never want cost to be a barrier to well-being.
    • If you are able to support, please donate at a level comfortable to you
    • Commit to attend a Moving For Life class or event EVERY DAY and receive a Moving For Life Dance to Recovery DVD
    • Invite a friend to join you (virtually or anyone in your house or bubble).
  2. Donate:
    • Lead by example and make a one-time tax-deductible donation to support our FREE classes.
    • Or Commit to become a monthly donor ($10, $25, $50, $100+ per month)
  3. Fundraise
    • Do you believe in our mission to keep classes available to everyone at no cost? If so, help us spread the word: Set up your own personal fundraising page! Click "Start Fundraiser"
    • Share our Facebook or Instagram posts during the Move-A-thon and tell your friends why you support Moving For Life and ask them to support our work.
