Bring movement, hope and joy back into lives of older adults or anyone affected by cancer

Dear Friends and Family,

As many of you know, I'm passionate about health, wellness, and improving the quality of life (of people affected by cancer/of older adults/through movement). Having witnessed individuals struggle through (the cancer journey/getting older & keeping fit/health challenges), I was thrilled when I learned about Moving For Life, a fabulous organization that enhances the lives of those at risk for and recovering from cancer, older adults, and everyone that wants to move safely regardless of income or ability. Through carefully tailored dance and wellness programs get people moving towards greater health. Today, I proudly serve as a (teacher/board member/intern etc) of this groundbreaking organization that brings joy into the lives of so many through adaptive and accessible movement. As more of us are stuck at home, we want to take good care of each other, and these classes keep us connected and moving.

On (Pick a date or rage ending by Sept 14th), I will be participating in Moving For Life's 2020 Move-A-Thon to raise much-needed dollars for these FREE daily classes online. I have created my own personal fundraiser to help Moving For Life's campaign.
