When my students in cancer treatment continue to come to my Moving for Life classes week after week, I know am doing something right. I am empowering them to take an active part in their healing process and fight to survive. Help me continue to provide classes and lectures by donating to Moving for Life.
I became a Certified Moving for Life instructor after my own cancer treatment in 2015 and I know first-hand how dance and movement helped heal my body and my mind.
